The Long Term Workforce Housing Program provides grants and loans to local units of government, non-profits and for-profit organizations to provide long term affordable housing in Hancock, Harrison, Jackson, and Pearl River counties on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. This program will assist in the provision of homeownership and rental units in the areas hardest hit by Hurricane Katrina.
