The purpose of the Tax Credit Program is to provide funds for use as an additional source of gap financing for projects receiving affordable housing tax credits from Mississippi Home Corporation (MHC) as a result of market-wide re-pricing of Credits since allocation by MHC. Funds will only be made available to eligible Borrowers in the form of loans (the “Loans”) from MDA. Grants will not be available under the Program.
